I am entering my third year with RE/MAX Premier Group after working 4 years with Coldwell Banker McMurray. I have sold over 1 Million in homes every year since beginning in January, 2001. Over the last three years have sold between 3.8 - 4.7 million per year. In 2002, I joined the Multi-Million Dollar Producer Club. In 2003, I was named to the International President's Circle with 48 transactions and 4.7 Million in sales. That same year, I was also named to the Circle of Excellence and received the Bronze Award from the Washington/Greene County Real Estate Association. Additionally, I was named to the TOP 100 (#46) by Coldwell Banker Greater Pittsburgh which included 17 Offices and 1000+ agents. My first full year at RE/MAX produced over 40 homes sold and over 4 million in sales.
I joined the RE/MAX Premier Group in the summer of 2005 because of the company emphasis on the internet. As the focus of real estate has become increasingly "net centered," I wanted to be associated with a company creating inroads and opportunities in that area. Your being on this site is proof that the company focus is in the right place. With over 78% of homebuyers looking to the net to find their next home, it seemed only logical to add myself to a venue where the majority of buyers and sellers are going. After 2 years with the company, I can testify that the emphasis is correct, and that RE/MAX is leading the way in driving business to our site. For sellers, that means an increase in views of their properties. For buyers, it means that we can bring every home on the market to one site for their viewing pleasure!
Prior to Real Estate, I was a Presbyterian Pastor for 12 years in Pittsburgh and Cincinnati. That time in ministry, coupled with a background in ethics, education, and counseling guarantees that my representation of all clients is performed with the utmost attention to fair play. Creating a "Win-Win" situation for everyone involved is the key to any good real estate transaction, and a must for me. Because of my principles, I believe I have earned an excellent reputation with buyers, sellers, and with other real estate professionals. I believe that our business is about more than numbers. It is about more than buying and selling houses. It is about building relationships that last a lifetime with a trusted and reliable consultant and friend.
